Return Policy

Our return window is 30 days from the date of delivery for defective items.

At Farmfolk Co, all products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@farmfolkco.com.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.


Order Not Eligible for Return
