All our items are printed and made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order may already be in production and can no longer be modified or canceled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — at no extra cost to you.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@farmfolkco.com and include:

Order Not Received

If your order hasn't arrived within:

• 30 days (United States)
• 60 days (International)

Tracking Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, we may offer a replacement. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed in this case.

Yes. We are able to ship orders to PO Boxes as well as Military APO/FPO addresses.

3. Will I be charged VAT or customs fees?

International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
This means we do not collect VAT, duties, or customs fees at checkout.
